I am truly getting tired of this outright discrimination against Asians, Native Americans, Caucasians and heterosexuals. I have made the decision that I am going to divest from all of my equities that are pushing hiring favoritism specifically on race and/or sexual preference. Ignoring qualifications in favor of picking by race and/or sexual preference is nothing less than discrimination and the Companies are effectively ignoring the fiduciary responsibility to the investors, and could adversely effect the profitability of the corporation. Also, focusing on hiring Hispanics, African Americans, and or LBGTQ+, is discrimination against Asians, Native Americans, Caucasians, and heterosexuals. Pushing DEI initiatives of the Administration is nothing short of discrimination. I realize it will not have any effect on the stock prices, and I realize everyone in the DEI protected classes will take offense to this. However, I can not support a company that is willing to showing favoritism specifically because or race or sexual orientation. Showing favoritism under DEI initiatives is nothing less than Discrimination under a different term.
CARR has made the strategic Decision that they will focus on hiring Hispanic Employees over any other qualified candidates .
